SPC environmental floor is extruded PVC substrate, the four roll calender unit, PVC color film, pvc wear resistant layer, PVC bottom film, one-time pressing compound products.
 

Composite structure:
The first layer, UV wear-resistant layer on the surface, curing surface gloss; The second layer, 0.3-0.7mm PVC wear-resistant layer, improves wear resistance;The third layer, printing color layer, various customized patterns to meet the personalized customization of users; The fourth layer, PVC base material layer, is mainly extruded by PVC and calcium powder through the extrusion production line, and thermally combined with wear-resistant layer and printing layer without glue;The fifth layer, silent paste, XPE foam layer, improves the floor treading comfort.
